Welsh Terrier dog breed

Welsh Terrier breed description

The welsh terrier comes across as a rather smart dog breed. The dog thrives best when doing tasks that involve mental challenges.

The breed is a hypoallergenic dog breed. Despite the fact that the breed is referred to as allergy friendly, it is still possible that it will provoke allergic reactions (though perhaps less so than in other breeds).

The welsh terrier dog should be a pleasure to to train , but individual differences in the dog breed is expected. A dog breed thrive in the woods, or on long air trips and is often a good companion.

This dog breed is by nature rather affectionate with strangers, but large variations occur between dogs anyway. Although aggression toward other dogs is not characteristic of the breed, such individual characteristics occur. As distant descendants of the wolf this breed still have some strong instincts. Puppies tend to play-bite, and this can increase lung adulthood if one ignores the problem.
