Maltese dog breed

Maltese breed description

Maltese are companion dogs, and is a popular pet around the globe.

The maltese comes across as a very bright dog breed. The dog thrives best when doing tasks that involve mental challenges.

The breed is a hypoallergenic dog breed. This is defined as dogs that will cause less reactions in people with dog allergies. It is indeed raised doubts about this claim. Many dogs sheds a lot, but this is not something that can be claimed onmaltese. Daily grooming contributes to the dog's well-being.

Malteses respond well to obedience training, which is why they are descirbed as a dog breed which is easy to deal with (albeit all dogs are different). Maltese is a vigilant dog breed, and responds well to dog training. Although there are breeds that are characterized as even more energetic, this is still a breed that requires his daily walks. The breed appreciate training, but are not as demanding as many other breeds.

Some dogs can be a bit reserved and skeptical people outside the family, but there exists considerable variation within the breed. They are usually easygoing with other dogs. The breed is considered child friendly but generalization here can be adversely. No dogs should never leave small children alone with dogs, regardless of breed or size. Children-friendly dogs may be a myth more than anything else, all dogs are different! This breed bears little resemblance to the strong predatory instincts of their distant ancestor, namely the wolf.

They are more cautious to cold than many other breeds, and clothing in winter and autumn may be required. Like fun and games? It also makes these dogs! They do have a tendency to stay close to their owners, and a maltese should display little or no lust to run away. It has been mentioned that being home alone can be difficult with this breed, but can also be more individually contingent than breed dependent. The breed may well stay in the apartment in the city.
