Bolognese are companion dogs, and the family pet in many homes.

This breed are characterized by high IQ in relation to many other dog breeds. Mental exercise should therefore be included in the daily activities.

The dog type is a hypoallergenic dog breed. However, please note that there is no documented research on this, and that all dogs regardless of breed can cause allergic reactions! Many dogs sheds a lot, but this is not something that can be claimed onbolognese. Daily grooming of the coat contributes to the dog's well-being.

The bolognese dog should be a pleasure to to train with, but individual differences in the type of dog is expected. Although there are breeds that are characterized as even more energetic, this is still a breed that requires his daily walks. The dog type appreciate exercise, but are not as demanding as many other breeds.

This dog breed is by nature very sociable with people outside the family, but large variations occur between dogs anyway. They are usually sociable with other dogs. The dog's appearance: A bolognese is a small type of dog, longhaired, with an average body type, half standing ears, comparatively short feet, very short curled tail, comparatively short muzzle, and a cheerful expression.

Health: The health problems for bologneses varies and varies between individuals. They may include hypothyroidism, eye problems, ordinary diseases and other general common diseases in dogs.
